2. Services: Workshops on Boardroom Psychology, Conflict Handling and Purpose-Led Strategy

boardmindset provides live and virtual workshops designed to enhance leadership capabilities in boardroom psychology, conflict resolution, and purpose-led strategy. Enrollment is confirmed upon full payment.

2.1 Scheduling and Participation

Participants must provide complete information at the time of booking. Workshops are scheduled on specified dates as published on boardmindset.biz.

3. Digital Resources

Our digital offerings include e-guides, recorded seminars, and templates. Access details are sent via email upon purchase.

4. Goods and Merchandise

We may offer branded materials or physical tools relevant to our workshops. Shipping timelines vary by region.

5. Booking, Fees and Processing

All fees are stated in Singapore dollars. Payment obligations arise at the time of booking. Confirmation is sent upon receipt of cleared payment.

6. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

6.1 Workshops (Services)

If you cancel at least 14 days before the scheduled workshop, a full refund will be granted. Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days prior are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds are available for cancellations within 6 days of the workshop date; however, you may request a deferment to a future session within six months of the original date. All requests must be submitted via our contact form.

6.2 Digital Resources

All digital materials are accessible immediately after purchase. Due to the nature of digital delivery, no refunds are available. If you encounter technical issues, please contact support via our contact form for assistance.

6.3 Goods and Merchandise

Physical items may be eligible for reimbursement if a request is made within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To initiate a reimbursement, contact us via our contact form. Once approved, we will process your reimbursement within 10 business days after we receive the item sent back; shipping charges are not reimbursed.

All content, designs, and materials provided by boardmindset remain the property of boardmindset. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
